the owners were incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. the rooms were beautifully decorated, although some of the smaller ones lacked proper windows. the dormitory was well-equipped and even had an outdoor seating area. I found the common areas and terraces to be a great addition, and the internet connection was excellent throughout the property. they had an on-site restaurant where I enjoyed delicious meals. it was a clean and comfortable place to stay. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.

I really got my money's worth at Sleeping Well. The room was clean and the staff were amazing, going above and beyond to help us. The location was great too, with the walking street market right in front.
Breakfast choices could be better, but overall it was a nice place to stay.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful - they were friendly, helpful, and even cooked us dinner on short notice. The room we stayed in had a low ceiling, which was a quirky touch that added character to our stay. the open-air shower was a unique experience, and the view from the balcony was nice.
We had some issues with the hotel staff regarding transportation. We had booked a "hotel taxi" to the border, but ended up being left behind because the driver took other guests first.
